The German-Turkish consortium (Heitkamp-Maas) was awarded the contract for design and construction of the waste water treatment plant in Stara Zagora and Dimitrovgrad. By the end of the year is to be concluded the contract for the plant in Blagoevgrad. On 24 Nov. the minister of regional development and public works Valentin Tserovski and the head of the Delegation of the European Commission signed the contract. The contracts value is EUR 10,943,809 (VAT excl.) for Stara Zagora project, and EUR 6,810,619 – for the project in Dimitrovgrad.
