A total of 106 residential units are going to be built there and their construction is going to be completed in the summer of 2008. 79 apartments of living area from 55 to 170 sq.m. are going to be built in no more than three-storey residential blocks (the specified living area does not include terraces and garages). They are going to be supplemented by three one-family houses, which are going to be furnished with their own yard, swimming pool and two-car garage and 24 row houses with area approximately 200 sq.m., which are going to be furnished with their own yard, swimming pool and two-car garage.
In the large basement there will be parking lots, storage and adjoining rooms. Besides housing, also various common facilities will be provided: green areas, a children‘s playground, a café, swimming pool, a barbecue space and a small shop for daily needs.
Each of the two hedged plots can be accessed only either through the main entrance watched by security or by electronic access control.
