Assuming the existence of European end users in Bulgaria who aspire to a life in a clean and energy saving environment, we offer design, manufacturing and assembly of prefabricated houses made to a German manufacturing technology and quality confirmed by international manufacturer's certificates.
Our end users are customers from Germany, Greece, Cyprus, Spain, and Macedonia. The design of the houses is in conformity with the climatic conditions and all additional art-architecture requirements of the client. The houses are functional, ecological and they ensure a nice sense of comfort.
The wooden elements and details are made of pine and spruce which are checked up for radiation. The mineral wool, GFB, GKB are produced in compliance with DIN 1052 and other standards. All metal fasteners and fixings are plated (galvanized).
The industrial capacity of the firm is about 800 - 1000 sq m - for a one-storey house and about 500 sq m - for a two-storey house. Once construction of the house has been completed in the factory, it is then transported along with the base on which it was assembled. Bonneville uses two techniques to deliver and assemble its homes. The first consists in rolling the house on its foundation using an aluminum beam system. This technique is mainly used for one-storey homes. A pulley is used for two-storey homes. The building elements are transported by the producer to the place of the fitting by truck which capacity is about 90 to 100 sq m floorage.
Preferably, when ordering, the maximum use of the capacity of the vehicle should be considered. Carrying by cans is also available.
IL Eurohouse uses support beams and cross-bridging, which significantly increases the sturdiness of the floors. The flooring is then covered with plywood, which is glued and nailed into place. This method of construction ensures that the floors won't crack.
The time for fitting is about 5 to 10 days, depending on the floor area and the number of storeys. We can carry out the installation on site or supervise the installation carried out by the client.
