The company invests in the development of real estate.

The process includes finding suitable plots for construction, buying them or obtain the right to build on them, funding all stages of construction and selling the buildings.
Also included are initial research of the building prospects, architectural design and coordination with all institutions.

The actvity is focused in Sofia - mainly in residential construction and in Basnko - investments in plots and construction of single family houses in the architectural reserve in the town, hotel development projects.

ESI-MG has invested in, built and transfered the following residential buildings:

- Residential building with total built up area 2646 sq.m. in Sofia, 35-37 Vorino str., bought by Bulbank during construction process.
- Single family house with built up area 450 sq.m. in the architectural reserve of Bansko.
- 5-6-storey residential building with total built up area 3878 sq.m. in Sofia, 17, Suvet na Evropa str.
- 5-6-storey building with 3 entrances with total built up area 9208 sq.m. in Sofia, 55, Haidushka polyana str.
- 4-storey residential building with total built up area 1343 sq.m. in Sofia, Lozenetz, Danail Dechev str.
- 4-storey residential building with total built up area 1430 sq.m. in Sofia, Lozenetz, Danail Dechev str.
- 5-6-storey residential building with total built up area 2242 sq.m. in Sofia, 15, Suvet na Evropa str.
- Residential building - Doiran I project with total built up area of 2717 sq.m. in Sofia, 8, Karpati str.

Currently ESI-MG invests in and builds:

- 5-storey residential building in Sofia, Hipodruma, total area 2147 sq.m. Completion: 30.07.2006
